I appreciate the encouragement. There are differences between the type of fitness a younger person reaches for and those who are a bit older. I can't eat the same things a younger person (thinks) they can eat and get results. I recover more slowly and need to be much more purposeful. I wonder if even younger persons would benefit from following an older person's fitness plan. :-)
