There are different ways to stay fit.

  1. We should do different kind of physical activity like
    a) Cycling :- A person should use cycle instead of motor cycle. We should go out to buy stuff on cycle. Have safe races on cycle.
    b) Take long distance :- When we have to reach or go somewhere we should walk and take long distance route.
    c) Walking :- Talk a walk everyday so that every part of your body gets a proper circulation of blood.

  2. Food :- Proper amount of food and kinds of food also effect your fitness.
    a) We should at least have 2 bowl of fruits and 2.5 Bowl of raw veggies.
    b) We should avoid fast food and start using wheat products.
