This picture shows my weight for today. Today is weekend so I exercised more.

Below shows excercising for today

  1. stretching
  2. plank for 6min 29sec dividing into 3 times
    push up 20times
  3. exercise with 5kg dumbbells 40times
  4. riding bicycle for 31min with 1 step intense and for 20 min with 2step intense
  5. running for 10min

Keep it up! That's a great cardiovascular routine!
