-70g. Wheat flour
-Salt
-Basil
Mountain:
-200g. Chicken breasts
-1 Mozzarella ball
-Onion
-Pepper
-Rukola
Sauce:
-100g. Tomato puree
-Basil
-Garlic
Curd, egg, flour, oil, basil and salt combine with each other. We form 4 pancakes on a baking tray lined with baking paper. We bake 15 min. in 180 degrees. Pull out, spread the sauce, put the ingredients on. Put in the oven for 10 minutes. BON APPETIT
