Very pleasant and interesting article to read. Sounds like a great night of fishing for them doggies. I have to be honest, the sight of the live dogfish does not look appealing to eat but the finished meal looks quite delicious. Gives me the idea those dogfish are very good eating. A very sustainable meal indeed. Thanks for sharing with us at #myhuntingfishing!
They certainly are a great eating and actually classed as a pest to most anglers. As with any shark the skin is hard to remove but hardly any bones so the filleting is easy and clean.
