Ingredients: (What you will need)

Raw fish 250 grams,

chopped onion 1 cup,

turmeric powder half teaspoon,

tomato chopped half teaspoon,

green chillies 5-6,

chili powder half teaspoon,

coriander leaves chopped 2 tablespoons,

garlic paste 1 teaspoon,

salt to taste,

8-10 leaves of kachur,

thread for binding,

half cup of oil

Prepared method: (How to prepare) First wash the fish very well and drain the water. Mix it very well with onion, tomato and salt and when it becomes a little soft, mix all the other spices and fish together, divide it into 8-10 leaves, wrap it with thread and fry it very well with oil in a non- stick frypan. Once fried, open the thread and serve.
