Just in.. Photos of a weird looking fish caught by some fishermen in Nigeria

A weird looking fish has just being caught by some fishermen in Nigeria. This fish happens to be a specie of shark with its chain saw appearance.

Saw fishes are rays that have bodies similar to a shark's. It's prominent feature is the rostrum also referred to as snout or saw which has 14-23 large rostral teeth protruding from it.

Saw fishes travel up river system and even live on fresh water although are sometimes found in coastal marine habitats during the dry season.
