I may be taking a huge risk here. Yesterday, on a local forum a guy from Jacksonville, FL thought his opinion was the only correct opinion and tried to intimidate me for hours...but here it goes.

I am a southern LADY. Am I racist? No. My mother was born in Maine and raised in New York. I was born in Richmond VA and raised from Maryland to FL, most of my informativr years being in FL. I was raised by my mother.

My opinion is if southern statues come down so should northern statues. Maybe they should be displayed in the Smithsonian,

This time capsule is am interesting find. Maybe the documents are historic documents of Orlando. Wouldn't that be GREAT! What really surprises me about this whole racist issue with these statues in FL? FL was not a state and did not fight in the Civil War, so I am still shaking my head on this issue. I really believe more research should be done. Maybe this time capsule will answer that very question.
