European Stocks Traded Negative In Tandem Again Rising Geopolitical Risks
US markets are closed commemorate Labor Day. The regional stock exchange traded flat this morning has not been able to give positive sentiment to JCI. DMAS - Recurring income
PT Puradelta Lestari (DMAS) is seeking to increase the contribution of recurring income to total revenue this year. The Company expects recurring income contribution to increase from clean water management, wastewater management, and maintanace fee. Revenue from this segment is predicted to increase along with the increasing number of tenants operating in the Deltamas region. This year two large-scale automotive companies have been operating in the Deltamas region of SAIC GM Wuling occupying 60 ha of land and Mitsubishi occupying 51ha of land.
MIKA - Acquisition plan
PT Mitra Keluarga Karyasehat (MIKA) plans to acquire a hospital management company, PT Rumah Kasih Indonesia (RKI), for a total of Rp 342.64 billion, which will be done in stages. In the first phase, RKI will issue 87.85 million new shares worth Rp 189.15 billion, which will be fully absorbed by MIKA. In the second phase MIKA will buy 32.08 million shares of RKI owned by Jozef Darmawan Angkasa (MIKA's President Commissioner), 28.51 million RKI shares owned by Stanley Handiono Angkasa, and 10.69 million RKI shares owned by Ronny Hadiana totaling Rp 153.49 billion. The transaction is included in the affiliate transaction.
SILO - Rights issue plan
PT Siloam International Hospitals (SILO) plans to issue 325.2 million new shares (25%) through the rights issue process. With the offer price of rights issue at Rp 9,500 per share, the potential for funding reaches Rp 3.09 trillion. The rights issue plan was approved by the EGM 4 September. The proceeds of the rights issue proceeds will be used for the development and expansion of business either directly or through the subsidiary. Until early September SILO has operated 31 hospitals and by the end of the year, SILO is still planning to add two hospitals in Jember (East Java) and Lubuk Linggau (South Sumatra).
