Interesting MTG: Cabal Stronghold
This is a segment where I look at some recent cards that are currently in standard at time of writing, and am picking up at least two playsets.

{3}, {T}: Add {B} for each basic Swamp you control.
This thing is essentially a poor man's Cabal Coffers. While the cost is one higher. They do offset it with the ability to tap for a colorless mana. It also doesn't come into play tapped which seems to be the thing nowadays.
It is great in any mono-black deck, and also functions well in a two color deck, but to a lesser degree.
While I don't think that this will be worth what Cabal Coffers is. I definitely think it will be worth more than $.80. Which is what it is going for.
Dominaria's print distribution really brought down a ton of prices. Which means that if you are looking for really good cards worth a ton of value long term it's the best set to look in right now.
I am planning on doing a write up of Dominaria's print distribution, explaining what happened as well as why for players it will really help to keep the costs down for playing standard. Also, why in reality it isn't that horrible for the secondary market all depending on how long you are going to keep your cards.
Commander?
Right now it isn't running in a lot of commander decks. However, I expect that to change as commander decks will lag a little when it comes to standard cards.
Long Term Price Perdiction?
I think it is going to end up around the $5-$10 area after supplies start to dry up. Foils will probably sit $25-$50.
