🔐TokenSoft launches crypto custody service for security tokens. The company, which also helps other firms run legally-compliant token sales and has invested in a broker-dealer, is launching a beta version of the Knox wallet, that allows enterprises to maintain a multi-signature, self-custody system for different cryptocurrencies, as well as digital securities.
🤝Fluidity, a company that provides technology services to registered broker-dealers, issuers and financial institutions for tokenized securities, has joined forces with Propellr, an end-to-end solution for creating, managing, and servicing digitally held assets with an integrated FINRA-registered broker dealer. This week they have announced the creation of “Fluidity Factora,” a new, out-of-stealth company that takes complex financial assets, breaks them down into their basic factors, and encodes them to a blockchain.
🌡Agenus, an immuno-oncology company with a pipeline of immune modulating antibodies, cancer vaccines, and adoptive cell therapies, announced the upcoming launch of its Biotech Electronic Security Token (BEST), the first security token offering in healthcare. The BEST token will enable accredited investors to directly invest in a single biotech product while preserving existing shareholder equity. Agenus is seeking to raise up to $100 million through the BEST sale, which will help the firm accelerate the development, commercialization, and distribution for AGEN2034, Agenus’ anti-PD-1 antibody.
