Therapist tip for productivity: only work for 6 minutes
Hey guys, I'm in therapy right now. Don't have money for it, so I'm putting it on a credit card. If it helps, I will earn the money back 10x!
Anyway, the tip today: if you're in a slump (writing, working, whatever!), just work for 6 minutes. Then take a break for a full hour.
You'll have worked a lot more than someone who just browses the internet for half the day... $$$ time!
