Films, how i'd like them to be #1 Stuart little

synopsis of IP: Stuart little is a mouse who can communicate with humans. He was adopted by a family, Mr and Mrs little, as the little brother of Goerge... (hilarious antics ensue)

My idea: so basically although Stuart can talk to humans a more interesting point is that he can speak to all species, including cats, dogs and birds. the animals it transpires (according to both the first and second movie) have social mentality, demonstrated in the alley cats who work together to get Stuart. my thinking is that as soon as someone realizes not only that an animal can talk but he can communicate for the animals people would take note.

this is where the story can go one of two ways; Either the animals use this to there advantage and open talks with the humans or Stuart becomes an international superstar with his own TV show and stuff.
i have to say the first one would be my favourite, essentially a civil rights movement (or animal rights if you will) film, animals wanting to be integrated into society with Stuart heading the charge tackling oppression and discrimination. who knows maybe even an assassination plot orchestrated by the President/local mayor (you know how these films are).
