My Film Project- 100 Films, 100 Countries

The main purpose of this project is to watch as many films from as many countries as possible. After doing some research, I found it was going to be harder than I thought to find films from about half of the countries of the world. So, I settled on trying to find one film from 100 of the 195 countries. It still may be difficult even to do this. I am focusing on the universal themes of the films, more than of our cultural differences. Additional rules (that I may regret later) include:

1. Each movie needs to have been made within my lifetime (i.e. 1981 or later)
2. My aim is to find films primarily produced in and by artists from said country according to IMDb information. There are a couple of discrepancies from IMDb when it comes to award winners (who am I to argue with the Oscars)
3. All films have to be non-documentary, feature films.
   4 )When available choose dramas (over action, horror, musical, etc.)
4. All films have to be ones I haven't seen before.
