File Coin ICO - True discrimination of General Public

I have read an article about the intention of File Coin ICO to be held in August 2017 for the planned alternate to cloud computing. The blockchain is 4th industrial revolution inclusive for all not limited to Big Boys VCs . But their ICO is no different from the 3rd Industrial revolution of Internet and current players offering cloud services in a centralized fashion.

What a pity to know about the utter disregard for general public to subscribe to the ICO as it is only meant for big boys VC and some limited HNIs.

They need general public like us to make money for their business by downloading their software to offer cloud like storage to mass , but we should not become part of their business. We should not download their software so that it should be a learning experience for other ICO biggys not to disregard the power of general public.
