Then They Came
The warm evening wind has swept over the valley. The leaden sky has finally cleared.
Yes, the spring is almost here. Our spirits will rise with warming earth.
Then they came. In tenths, in hundreds. Flying above us. Crisscrossing the sky from dawn till dusk.
Poisoning us and our children.
