Sunrise- A 50-word short story
Nature's finest, I hail thee. Like a waiting athlete, she snaps the baton from the lazy night that hurries to bed. She doesn't sleep like us; and refreshed we become when she arrives. She's Dawn; the pacesetter of each day. I'm so happy at the break of a new day.
