IN THE BRAVE NEW WORLD OF TOPSY-TURVY, cats are prey. Never mind size discrepancies (cats are still bigger); mice have cat craftiness. Cats must hunt for crumbs.

CCC (Central Cat Contrarian) Special Agent, Mouser, must save the day. Can he and fellow agent, Cutter, help right this terrible wrong?
