The doctor sweated. ‘Hit him again, 250 Joules!’. The bedside nurse turned the dial and nodded. A high pitched whine, the doctor applied the defibrillator paddles. My body jerked, arms flailed. The ECG flatlined. I could still hear it. But I saw a light. It felt like love. I went.

I found about the competition whilst reading blogs. I took part in one already. Smiling. Hope you like my entry.
