Charles is under mind control, don’t forget. He’s been programmed to take care of Jim. Clarabelle is above the law, she’s fully dialed in. Both Bobby and Clara are so strikingly gorgeous that everyone loves them. How are you going to get around the shapeshifting thing? Perhaps John’s wife returns, and becomes both jealous and suspicious of John’s new love interest.
