I am not exactly a lover of animals ( not a hater either!) but was quite touched reading from the mouse's perspective: living in constantly at the edge of death as it were, and you have to face it everyday because you simply need to meet the biological need to feed. I will be gentle on the next mouse I run into...hopefully.
