Wait on Three!

Jump! So I took to the air and felt the sudden descent into the pool of water rush my face and send me straight into oblivion. I was in another world. Literally this is how we travel thru the universe and into other universe's using water! It's rather quite simple really the water is ancient alien technology that means these portals have been open since the dawn of time. I'm not saying aliens are gods I am just saying they were able to transform normal water into something incredible. But enough about how I am able to travel and more about where I am going and why.

I landed in a clearing in the middle of a beautiful jungle. Its trees where hundreds of feet tall with no end in sight. We called this world Earth 2 but the inhabitants call it Nin(meaning final destination). Some believe Nin is heaven although there is still death. As beautiful as Nin is it can simply only be Earth 2. There is no proof of heaven so we leave it out of this story.

I turn on my beacon device that lets our allies, the Nin, know that I have arrived. Where I end up is much like a satellite shot into space. It depends what time of day and year it is. I pull out my map and find that I am on the east side of the jungle, near the coast. I start to head west. I need to get to the city of Dabe. My mission is to bring them news of nuclear war on Earth 1.

There is no return trip. Earth is finished and will never rise again. It was too late to get everyone thru the portal and I was the final living human being in the northern hemisphere. Which holds the one and only portal. There is hope that some in the southern hemisphere are still alive but getting to the portal is next to impossible..
