Sorry about the delay in writing a comment but I have been feeling pretty shitty due to personal things...
However, I'm glad to see Adam back again and can't wait for the next chapters.
There's something a little "softer" about him. Not in a bad way, he's not quite the stone cold vengeful black-hearted killer he was before. He actually has something to live for. How will this affect him?
Will we see more of that geneticically engineered side?
And well, just YAY!
I know all about personal stuff, trust me. They often pass. Hope yours do, too.
And nice of you to notice the nuances!
Adam's been living something of a normal life for the past six months now. He has a relationship. So, it's intended to show.
I'd say that right now he's torn between the two worlds; the normal life and the dangerous life he's always drawn to.
That's a theme coming up.
As for the other stuff, I won't spoil. :)
