Shintiara part 2

“Check mate! XOO-001 you are a lousy chess player.” - said Wanda, member of evaluating team. The team came to see a what should’ve been advanced AI teddy bear. “These wannabe scientists, have done terrible work with you! How can you put up so little resistance in a chess game?”  

“Dr. Arioch, you have one more month ‘till the shutdown of the whole program. You’ve spent already 23 months, and hell of a lot money on this crap AI teddy bear.” - said Wanda with anger. Byron was disappointed - “But miss… He’s like a baby… Still learning… We’ve never said it’ll be the most intelligent creation.” Wanda didn’t want excuses, she wanted results, she turned and left the room.
After evaluating team left, Byron called the meeting with his closest associates. “What I want to do now, goes against everything we stand here in this icy and cold place. I want you” - pointing at the Terry, the youngest assistant who spends most of his time learning XOO-001 about human behavior - “to remove XOO-001’s superego HW regulation.” Everyone gasped at the same time. Not only that they did not believed what Byron ordered, but they thought he was completely insane. Not knowing that what comes next is far more terrifying. Terry stepped up and said - “Dr. Arioch, I presumed that you’d say that, because the learning of XOO-001 was way too slow.” Byron was a little confused - “Elaborate yourself!” - he demanded. Terry felt the eyes of the whole room on him - “I… I already removed his superego HW, I did it few days ago.” Now everyone changed their state from disbelief to shock, even fear. Surprisingly Byron was with both feet on the ground - “So, my dear Terry, you’ve removed XOO-001’s superego HW and didn’t bother to say it to anyone? Than can you please explain to us why XOO-001 lost three chess games in a row to Wanda?” “He must’ve lost it on purpose, so she won’t get angry after losing. But he saw her outrage with you earlier… We must find him! Now!!!” - screamed Terry.
