This image obviously consists of a huge array of cultural symbolic systems. These systems include the Fibonacci Series, the Binary Series, the Sidereal Zodiac, the Tropical Zodiac, Celtic Zodiac, the Tarot, the Mayan Baktun, the 28 Day Moon Cycle, 6 Star Tetrahedron Infinity Circuit, the Chakras and Alchemy... among a few other things.
As an example, here is how the center row of numbers were derived (from the second 13 stage of the binary sequence)::

There's a quote from Einstein that the eighth wonder of the world is compound interest. I remember when I was studying deep harmonic research work I read in a book from 1893 about how the famous Euler mathematician sent all these letters with amazing science info to a German Princess in the late 1700's. I found the letters and read them. Indeed the findings of that era are embedded in this platform, albeit it's all math and the power of the number in your post above, but applied to CODE.
