Have you ever wondered what a fiat currency is?

So in context with crypto you will often hear about fiat currencies.
Fiats are the currencies you use every day like the US$ or the €.
These currencies are issued by the state and highly influenced by banks and the government.
The problem with this is that the government could theoraticaly print as much money as they wanted which would make the currency practicaly worthless. Such a thing isn't possible with most cryptos on the market.
Also your bank account could be frozen by your bank e.g. on the request of your government.
