Nahhh.. Between the cycling, swimming and weight training, wolfhart, you’ll have a tough time keeping the 20 on. Waterfalls, rivers, etc. enjoying the sights and putting on miles—your exercise level will require all of that food for all of the energy you’re going to burn up. Ed was right—pure muscle!
