Thanks it was a lovely way to start the day and in an hour and a half there i only came across two others on the beach :)
Yeah I know @tattoodjay, that's why I go early to the beach, I love not seeing people, just the sound and sight of the beautiful ocean. I often do some yoga while there if I don't have an audience
the same for me, and I have seen a lady doing Yoga a couple of times on my early morning walks
By the way, which beach are you at, Long Island?
On the CT side of opposite Long Island in a city called Milford and we have lots of beaches here
Ok now I get it, I knew you worked in NYC but lived in CT, I just wasn't sure where those beautiful beaches were. Cool
