Returning to Manhattan on Ferry from Sandy Hook Beach, Two Videos

Ferries are a fun, scenic way to take in the Manhattan Skyline and surrounding sights. A week ago my wife and I visited Sandy Hook Beach in northern New Jersey, a 40min ferry ride from Manhattan. 

The ferries are roomy and comfortable, plus you can order a pint, sit inside with large windows or ride on the top deck for some ocean air. A roundtrip ticket costs approx. $43. Weekdays or mornings are best to avoid crowds.
