Once the birth of a girl was considered as a curse for family and society. A girl means a heap of problem to both developing and non developing countries while the picture is opposite in developed countries. now a days women are seen working equally with male and in some particular places they are the hard working boss. when i listen to Fifth Harmony's song "work" i warm up myself by the melody of lyrics. This writing does not intend to delegate men rather it is a matter of equality. Do you ever heard a men comes to road to establish his right but you must seen a women rises her voice for proper right. it means that our society is already biased to men. women got their voting right in 1917 before that they were the outsider to society. so the term feminism is introduced. still women fall down from their goal before they reach there. in different job sector they being sexually harassed by the male colleague or by boss because man thinks female are just a sex product. now if i talk about the payment in many third world country women are less paid worker than men. see! how our social rules are manufacturing .
