NEPOTISM AND FAVOURITISM IN AN ORGANIZATION

As we all are working in any organisation around the world .we must have seen that our boss have some biasness and always tried to promote only his favouritism Candidates to important task or projects.in maximum organisation around the world is effected by these two "nepotism and favouritism "

Negative impact: first negative impact of both is to leads the depression in good candidates .,second is that of lessen of morale of best fitted candidates.favouritism deteriote the situation in any organisation day by day.in this type of organisation have conflicts among goods and bads.always become chance of misuse of resources .project done by non fitted candidates always remains lesser dominant as campare to best fitted candidates.

How to overcome it: to select the candidates from open market rather than personel referal of employee.to promote the candidates basis on work not on basis of racisim or favouritism.to make proper ombudsman for grievances of lower grade employee.
