Why your feet are unequal. What caused the difference in sizes?
Why should one foot feel more tightened that the other on the same size pair of shoes? Only a few people have equal feet sizes. Am sorry your among the majority.
More than 60% have unequal feet size, and about 80% of these have the left foot bigger than the right.
Perhaps you have tried many equal pairs of shoes, and all have given synonymous results. They don't fit the two feet the same!
Today we will explore some of the reasons why the sizes of the feet may differ.
Using one foot in sports more than the other. this is so common especially for footballers. The one who uses the left foot will more oftenly have the right foot longer, wider and larger.
Injuries. The feet are very prone to injuries as someone is walking because they can easily kick a stone accidentally. This minor damage caused is not without effect. It disrupts the proper and proportionate growth of some bones.
Foot deformations. As a child grows up, some parts of the body might naturally get deformed and so fail to grow in proper order.
Feet size variations occasionally occur in different proportions to different people. To some it is minimal and uneasily noticeable, while that's not the only case.
finally what should you do when your foot is deformed?
This should never be a worry. Just know your not alone. Your with the majority.
Unless the foot size is so abnormal to require different size shoes or a surgery, otherwise just chill it.
As of five minutes ago I had never noticed that my left foot is a little longer than my right. Now every time I look down I'm gonna be reminded of what a mutant I am!
