Of the three types of tears, namely basal tears, reflex tears, and emotional tears, emotional tears act like natural painkillers, so we will feel better after crying. Not only to express emotions, the benefits of crying are also good for detoxification. Crying can also remove toxins in the body or known as detox. This also simultaneously provides psychological benefits by improving one's mood.
