选择大于努力对吗？ Is the choice greater than the effort?

我在一家招聘简历上看到一句话：选择大于努力，于是深深的受到触动，因为我觉得这句话特别有道理。

I saw a sentence in a resume: "choice is greater than hard work," so I was deeply touched because I think this sentence is particularly reasonable.

一个人的选择决定他的将来，一个人的努力决定他能否实现想要的未来，而有时候选择比努力重要。
