I can’t believe it’s legal to discuss imposing a tax like this without many different groups running simulations of what the impact of this sort of tax increase will be.

It’s not as if Joe Biden or politician or bureaucrat or, really, any human can just guess what the exact impact would be.

However, this will reduce American investing in long term investments.
