Are you serious? These accounts are used to make transfer between the Fed and it's associated banks. It is a mere accident of the number happens to be your ssn and if you get caught using them, expect a nice long stay in a 6x8 cell with "BUBBA"!!!!

My advice: DON'T DO IT!!!
