I have been feeling so tired and not myself from the other day.
This morning I wake up, I am dizzy and feel like I haven't slept. But I have been sleeping for more than 8hrs so I don't know what is going on with my body. I have been exercising every morning so I don't know why I have no energy. I cannot even type this post, I am just so tired.

Drinking enough water/orange juice?
Eating properly?
Oversleeping yes because I feel tire.
I don't eat junk food, but I could always do with more fruits and veggies in my diet.
I try to drink the recommended water amount.
