Be careful with assuming you're gonna find something better someplace else.
What you are talking about with the degeneration of culture and rise of state sponsored madness is widespread, but concentrated in cities. I've seen how you build gardens and try to live sustainably. What are you doing in a city like Las Vegas?
If it is to be near the kids I get it... but I think you'll find a whole different America if you get to a rural area where people still expect to take care of themselves, and their community.

Yup I used to leave Vegas all the time to rural America. Unfortunately, Google and Facebook took over Sonoma. I know it's a ritzy rural area but still. My kids are the only reason I'm in Vegas as I lost my job for no reason of 15 years to 18 year old kids with no experience or skill sets. Seeing as Society and everyone around me can care less and would rather my kids be raised by criminal woman and a Pizza Hut delivery driver who wants to fight my kids I really don't see any purpose or reason for me to even be in Las Vegas much less America as a white male who is middle-aged at 34
