My humble Opinion on Starting a Fast...

  1. You should get your body into ketosis/fat adapted 2 weeks prior. I recommend carnivore or healthy keto and to all the vegans there is a healthy vegan keto regimen to follow as well.

  2. Now that your body is fat adapted you will experience hunger (or more like not experience hunger) in a whole new fashion. If you prep your body you can go straight into a 7 day fast.

  3. 7 days is all that is needed for full body/mind rejuvenation, and full effects of Autophagy (i highly recommend researching Autophagy).

  4. Break the fast (refeed) the same way you started it. At least 1 week keto friendly. This will prevent shock and insulin spikes.

  5. Consume minerals & water only, during the fast. This will maximize cleansing results.
