The Guanabana - Graviola and its Benefits for Health.
Today I will talk about a fruit that contains excellent medicinal properties that promote our health, I will talk about: The Guanabana or Graviola.
This fruit that has a delicious taste between sweet and acid, and is very used I have consumed a lot, I can attest that it is excellent, I tell you that 8 years ago I suffered a nervous crisis, I had medication for several months however a My friend told me how beneficial it was for the central nervous system to take tea from the soursop leaf, this helped me replace the drugs I was taking for a natural option, every night for 2 months I prepared a tea with 2 soursop leaves, I sweetened it and I took it warm, this relaxed me and eliminated my nerves and the depression that I felt at that moment, works as an antidepressant. They also say that it helps fight cancer if you need chemotherapy.
• Thanks to its high content of B vitamins, it is good to improve blood circulation and protect nerves.
• It is a fruit very rich in non-nutritional components. One of them is the large amount of fiber, very good for digestive health.
• This delicious fruit has a significant source of phosphorus and calcium, minerals essential for good bone and dental health.
• Various studies have shown it is beneficial to dilate blood vessels and to reduce blood pressure.
• It has been used in traditional medicine to reduce fever, and also to increase the production of breast milk.
• Several times it has been shown that soursop contains substances and antioxidant compounds that act positively in the prevention and treatment of various types of cancers.
• I make a seedbed, from a ripe soursop extract and select the seeds to dry.
• After they dried, they were planted in plastic containers. I opened furrows about 5 centimeters deep.
• The germination takes a little, it is necessary to wait between 25 and 30 days for the plant to be born.
- When the seedlings have reached 10 to 15 cm in height they should be transplanted. The holes must have a minimum of 40 cm of side x 40 cm of depth.
The soursop tree is tolerant to drought, since it has been found with fruits in places with a marked dry season. However, when it is prolonged, it is advisable to apply abundant watering before flowering, during and later during the period in which it begins to fructify until harvest.
The irrigation can be done by gravity, in furrows and the most convenient is to apply it once and twice a week, according to the dryness of the climate.

It looks like you started a huge number of plants. Are you going to sell them?
Hello @professorbromide, I'm not going to sell, it's for my family's consumption. They are few plants but I have taken several photos to visualize the growth process.
