avocado how to grow it and its benefits
Surely you know the avocado. And surely if you have a piece of land, a small garden or an urban garden has crossed your mind to plant it, is not it? So, keep reading because this article interests you.
The avocado can be considered one of the most versatile, delicious and beneficial fruits (many of which we treat as a vegetable) that exist.
His popularity has grown a lot in the last decades, especially in the industry of well-being, beauty and fitness, which keep him as one of his great allies to achieve a longer and healthier life.
Avocado has found its place in Mediterranean and European food in general, as well as in typical South American, Caribbean dishes and in some Asian countries, such as Japan.
Its creamy texture and its mild flavor make it taste of many, and have given the facility to be present in both sweet and salty preparations.
The seed in suspension will pass from 2 to 4 weeks completely inactive, however, it is necessary to check that you have the necessary amount of water patiently and wait for it to begin to germinate.
Once the seed is germinating, you must change the water every 2 days to prevent possible contamination or the appearance of bacteria, with time you will begin to notice that the bone breaks and the outer skin falls, the main root will come out, a little later we can see the plant germinating in the upper part of the avocado and it will then be the right moment for its transfer to land.
If you are going to carry out the sowing in the garden, it should be when the winter is very past, or failing that if you live in a non-wintry tropical region, you can sow in your garden directly without care. Remember that the important thing is to choose a place that has good access to sunlight and that the ground is prepared to receive your small tree.
Now only the basic care of our tree is missing: make it regular pruning, keep the plant hydrated (without washing it). Check the status of the plant to prevent possible diseases and conditions that harm it.
