@farms: Benefits of water in Agriculture

I am so hapy to write again in this wonderful platform today being saturday of thr month of july..

Today, i want to juat hightlight the benefits of water in agriculture.
What is water?

a colorless, transparent, odorless liquid that forms the seas, lakes, rivers, and rain and is the basis of the fluids of living organisms.
It is also stretch or area of water, such as a river, sea, or lake.
pour or sprinkle water over (a plant or area) in order to encourage plant growth.

Water covers about three-quarters of the Earth's surface in solid form (ice) and liquid form, and is prevalent in the lower atmosphere in its gaseous form to water vapor.

Enables Transportation. Throughout the earth and the bodies of living things, water is used to transport both nutrients and wastes. On land, water transports nutrients.

Agricultural water is water that is used to grow fresh produce and sustain livestock. The use of agricultural water makes it possible to grow fruits and vegetables.
Agriculture production is highly dependent on water and increasingly subject to water risks.
It is also the largest using sector and a major polluter of water.

Waterr is used to grow agricultural crops in agriculture. That is without water, the ground will not have adequate nutrient to supply the crop in it.
Crop csn not live without water. That is while it advisible for irrigation.
