This is a great post @kryptocoin, this is so true as via emails and letters the CPS caseworkers have to be seen to follow certain professional standards that the otherwise would get away with face to face. Some really good advice here, something that seems simple but when you are in the middle of any experience with the CPS you are not likely to think of. Thanks for sharing.
That is why we need to be very conscious of all this and maintain a great "self control and critical analysis" whenever we deal with them, Relaxing and rising above them. Thanks @trucklife-family for taking time to read through and your comment
