7-MONTH BATTLE FOR AN INFANT# WHO IS THE WINNER: CPS OR PARENTS?
A baby under 1 year old was taken away from the parents! This tiny sweet angel who needed his mom so much was put into the psychoneurotic hospital even without a permission for visits!!
The story began in October 2018.
One more family became a victim of CPS outrage. These monsters using 77 Article of the law (threat to the life of a kid) took a baby who was under 1 year old away from his parents.
The mother was from Uzbekiatan, she was a wife if a Russian man, and it was a normal loving family. The reason again can be hidden in a someone's claim.
In this case CPS and even officials were extremely stubborn in their goal to deprive parents of their rights.
Moreover, during the 1st month they did their best to forbid visits for parents!
On February 6, 2019, the decision of the first instance - the Krasnogvardeisky District Court of St. Petersburg - revealed and established the insufficiency of the legal grounds for the deprivation of parental rights.
However, the CPS refused to return the baby and appealed the court decision on appeal!
The war continued. Parents asked social organizations to help them. Society pressure was turned on. The case was very loud.
Visits were permitted! Every day parents spent 3 hours to come to their baby for sone minutes...
And again! The mass pressure helped!
In May 2019 the court approved the previous decision - no reason for depriving of parental rights!
Cps had to give the baby back!
7 months passed! Hard to imagine life of parents without their angel during this time ..
The hell is over!

The hell isn't over unfortunately...it is quite a harrowing experience that one never recovers from..
Fortunately the child is too young to realize what's happening
What the child did realize was being sent away for seven months to be cared for by strangers. What a nightmare for the child.
Why would someone take a 1 month old baby from the mother? Is she abusing drugs, alcoholic, neglectful, mentally unstable? If not, what were their reasons? You pull a child out of his roots just because you can? That is some bull. I am glad the parents got their child back.
