What You Need To Know About CPS & Family Courts

Before we look into CPS and their role in child trafficking internationally, it's important to understand how CPS and the family courts are structured... what started out with the best of intentions has morphed into a monster that would terrify Frankenstein himself. First of all, family courts are civil courts designed to arbitrate disputes between families- divorce being a prime example. Unlike criminal courts, there is no due process where the state has to produce witnesses and/or evidence against someone who has committed a crime. They are not designed or equipped to deal with child abuse which is a criminal matter... For a family court to become involved in these matters is gross judicial overreach and to cover this up they typically seal the decisions. Also most of these hearings are conducted ex parti where the parents aren't even allowed to attend- it's usually just a judge and the social worker from CPS.

CPS is made up of social workers and case officers, none of whom are trained or qualified to handle criminal matters such as abuse. Why do they become involved? Money. An entire industry has sprung up around destroying families for profit... be it the accrual of federal funds or "selling children" into foster care or what often amounts to slavery. There is a judicial standard called "compelling state interest" where the courts will almost inevitably do what is the interest of the state rather than the individual... an inversion of the intent of the judicial system that was devised to protect the individual (and his/her) rights from the state. To get a rough idea of how much money is involved- not counting federal funds- the child/human trafficking industry (and that's exactly what it is) makes more money than illegal drugs and illegal arms sales combined. Let that sink in for a minute... do you seriously believe that governments worldwide would pass up a piece of that pie? The CIA's involvement in the drug trade has been documented by a myriad of sources (including former members of the agency itself). Through cutout companies such as DynCorp they have been trafficking children (33%) and adults for sex, slavery and organ harvesting.

Tammy Stefano is the Executive Director of the National Safe Child Coalition who has had her life threatened for exposing corruption in the system. In this video she discloses abuses in CPS and the rest of the "child protection" system. She talks about social workers editing taped conversations with parents and committing perjury under oath- just as the first video does, but in greater detail (a link to the complete article at the end). The corruption in the system is so pervasive that it seems unlikely that anything will ever be done... and this corruption is endemic worldwide.

The UN- the most corrupt organization in the world is at the root of the problem and at the forefront of institutionalizing the pervasive abuse. The UN Convention of the Rights of the Child gives CPS in all of the signatory nations vast overreach and protection. Tomorrow I'll go through the treaty and show how it takes power away from parents and gives it to the state. The UN's treaty provides the legal framework for rampant overreach and abuse.
