Best states to move to if parental rights are important to you: Avoiding the CPS tyrants.

Young parents with young, non-addicted and healthy children...pay attention. YOU and YOUR CHILDREN are TARGET A-#1 for so-called "child protective" "services" (CPS) profit-incentivized petty tyrants and child thieves. You must be very cognizant of the fact that just because you are good parents and have never mistreated your children, and that just because you dress them nicely and keep them clean-- and even take them to Sunday School every week and attend PTA meetings-- that you are NOT immune from the type of family tragedy that CPS bureauRATS are best at visiting upon the innocent.

Sadly, in corporate/globalized Amerika, c. 2019, you MUST, as a parent, be aware that all it takes for you to lose your children is one phone call from a vindictive neighbor, or one bruise that your child got while playing that you didn't document and photograph, and POOF!, your happy family can be destroyed like a toy boat in a hurricane.

ParentalRights.org is one of the better websites for anything to do with CPS abuse of families. They provide a wealth of information for parents, especially on how to deal with an emergency situation where CPS has already come calling. But they can not help you deal with every situation of direct CPS invasiveness and family abuse. However, young parents who want to raise their children relatively free of CPS tyranny, and who enjoy job and extended-family mobility, can also CHOOSE the right state in which to raise their children.

Here is a great tool for finding out which states my be best for families with beautiful/healthy and (sadly) very "adoptable" children:

https://parentalrights.org/states/

You are looking for those states with a "Y" (for Yes) in each column, and then you can also click on the name of the state in the link above to get much more detail on that particular state in terms of its history and tradition of honoring (or not) the rights of parents--specifically as regards to challenges to those rights by CPS. The best states include Idaho, Nevada, Kansas, Oklahoma, Utah, Virginia and Wyoming. Arizona, Texas and Michigan also have two "Y's," but I can tell you from months of experience writing about CPS abuse that those states find other legal loopholes to violate family rights that may not appear at first glance. They also--all three--have apparently active pedophile rings that may use CPS as a source for predators.

You should also take a look at this link:

https://parentalrights.org/understand_the_issue/current-state-parental-rights/

This page provides links to dozens of vignettes about specific cases of CPS abuse, categorized by: 1> medical kidnappings, 2> school-assisted CPS abuse, 3> problems with specific CPS caseworkers, and 4> so-called child welfare problems..i.e. overactive/liberal judges, other social workers, etc.

You can not take the problem of CPS's potential for ruining your family too seriously. It can and MAY happen to your family. I know life can be overwhelmingly busy and hassle-filled, but you must at least take the time to familiarize yourself with what CAN happen, so that you are prepared to deal even with the worst case scenario should it suddenly show up on your doorstep.

Being properly forewarned is being properly armed to deal with any serious CPS eventuality.

God bless, and please do share these links with other families you know who may not have thought about this sad fact of life in modern America.
