I have taken time to go through the stories of people that have been abused by the CPS, parents who have their child taken away forcefully and most of us who have to spend terrible time in foster home because of the evil caused by the CPS. There is always a striking factor that is quite common in all these stories. The CPS always barge into the house of the victim, threaten him/her into the belief that they have power over him/her thus forcing the person to submit. For the courageous one's who resist them, they threaten to call the police and if you still try to be brave, he/she calls a police officer who enters the room and force you into submission.

In their bid to oppress the helpless, the CPS have cooked up lies aimed at stepping on your right. Lies like they have the right to gain entrance to your home or speak to your children with or without your consent. I am here to tell you that they are all lies. The have been stepping on your right. I think its high time we stood our ground.

These are few of the lies spread by the CPS to enable them take our kids by force.

• CPS have made people to come to the wrong conclusion that for you to be investigated by them that you must have been abusive to the children, thus making the world see the victim as an abuser. That is a very big lie so people are just victims of maybe a quarrel with a neighbor or something. I read an ordeal a woman had with the CPS in California. The woman, Evelyn Woods was her name, she died few months later. This woman was a mother of two, a boy of about 7yrs at that time and the sister about 3yrs. She lost her husband a year before. On one faithful day,CPScame to her house while she was feeding her kids. She took her children to the next room and then came out to know what they came for. They told her that they receive a call saying she was abusive to her kids and that they investigated it and certified that it was true that. How can that be true? Who could have made a call like that? A woman that spends time trying her best to work to keep those children in the best school her money can afford, even working extra shifts to gives those kids all the beautiful things in the world. The woman pleaded and pleaded with them telling them it was a lie, that the children was all that she had in the world but it was her world against hers. They took for the children away forcefully. Her neighbor thought so bad about her, she was probably the first victim in that area. Few months later the woman died of heartbreak.

• Another lie paraded by the CPS is that they will tell you that they have the right to come into your home and conduct an investigation without your consent. They even try to make you believe that they can speak to your child anytime they wanted with or without warrant. That's not true. By law the CPS doesn't have that right to do that except if there is a probable cause or an imminent danger. If a CPS employee tries to enter your house forcefully or tries to speak to your child without your consent it is a violation of your right. I want you to know it is your right to sue that social worker and also the police officer who aided her. Both can lose their immunity when you sue them. This is because what they are doing is coercion, intimidation and even molestation. You have the right not to let them in even if the police officer claims that you are obstructing an investigation.

• CPS always threaten that they have the right to speak to your child, and that if you refuse they will take your child away. So many people have fallen prey to this lie. In fact, even for an alleged child neglect or abuse, they don't have the right to conduct an investigation in your home talk less of taking your child away for several hours. That is seizure. In United States it is the violation of the federal law.

• The Anonymous Call trick:- This is a major trick used by the CPS to gain access to our homes. About 86% of CPS abuse have always started from them claiming they received an anonymous call. I want you to always remember that an Anonymous call to CPS is not a probable cause under the Warrant Clause, even if the person allegedly reporting the incident gave his name and address it is still not a cause for a warrant. This is because by law they are except to investigate the caller to know for sure how credible they are. Not just that the source should be credible, also a sworn statement should be gotten from the reporter.

CPS have exaggerated their power, using their lies and myth they have forced the poor masses to believe that they are untouchable. They have fueled these lies for long that they are starting to believe it themselves. It is time to put an end to this. It is time that we all stand for our right and see to it that our children are not forcefully taken away from us again. Its time to stop believing the lies the CPS feeds us. It's high time we know our right and exercise it. It is time for the unlawful entrance into our homes to stop.
