    So they have a quota to meet and a quota that they must return to parents. Interesting. Either way they make M O N E Y. If we only knew what goes on in the heads of some of these social workers...it may help us play the game and save children. Thanks my friend @lane11 for the informative vid.

    No problem. It makes a lot of sense. I've heard all kinds of assumptions and had some of my own, but this makes the most sense. I trust this lady. They tried to destroy her for actually doing her job & trying to reunite families.
