[FamilyProtection] Evil Under Color Of Law: So You Think CPS Protects Children? Think Again!
When many shady things are done by CPS caseworkers, it is usually slipped under the carpet, parents who had been wrongfully accused and slandered are left unable to actually battle this off in the court. The discouraging factor usually lies on the protracted nature of court cases against CPS (I have only heard of few), of which the case battle span for years. It is quite disheartening when you put other factors into consideration such as laws upholding Governmental Bodies Immunity.
Also, with case hearings in an almost-under the radar technique, they are capable of making an even larger havoc, confidentiality laws are also a big problem in this situations.
This confidentiality laws have been well-played by CPS to kill substantial evidences against them and to keep the populace in the Dark as regard their true horrible and corrupt images. When I am opportune to talk to people about what is going on in the black-rooms of CPS, I am surprised as to their reactions. Many are usually shocked in either belief or unbelief, but after shedding some more hours they get to cherish the information and warnings.

Fabrication of lies, falsification of evidence, threats and manipulation of scenes have been the most formidable tactics of this corrupt system. These usually goes unchecked and many families and children have been sawed into shreds, with the public singing praises of the hardworking CPS workers. Sorry, I meant hard-working liars and perjury kissers!. Once in a blue moon, I hear and read of Parents who defies the odds!, parents who persevered in their fight against this cruel system in the law court no matter how long it took even after their children were removed and placed in foster care. Parents who continued on the trail not just to get their children back, but to transparently reveal the ill treatments and perjury this ugly System employs, so as to bring the public eye to these hidden niche of children kidnaps and marketing.
I have been researching and keying my time into the horrors of many governmental and human-greed-corruption-plagued systems for years now, but the CPS system is undoubtedly one of the ugliest among the lists!. A sparkling example of some of the CPS cases I have been following its trail for almost 4 years is the case of Hardwicks vs Orange County (Marcie Vreeken and Helen Dwojak). This cases have brought to light with lawful backing that CPS caseworkers are just another layer of corruption higher than many other corruption plagued systems in the world.
Summary:
Started as a custody matter between parents, CPS came into the picture, perjured, falsified and made lots of skillfully directed manipulation of conditions. Purposefully gave false report for some compulsory visit the court ordered, stating that the children where not allowed to visit the other parent, when in reality, they were the one who manipulated by use of CPS monitor to stop the visit that day. More lies and emotional harassment on the children and mother, which later on led to the children been placed in foster care.
In 2002 Fogerty-Hardwick sued for violation and trampling of her civil right by the two case workers but she lost.
She later sued again for the violation of her 4th and 14th amendment rights, stating the harassment of her kids, seizure and interrogation without her due consent nor a warrant. These were violation to her constitutional rights and to top it all, evidences leveled against her were all spurious lies and fabrication of the highest form. The jury voted in her favor beyond all doubt and the county penalized to pay a damage which later amounted to more than 9 million USD after the Orange county proceeded for appeal and got rejected.
It took her more than 6 years to get her children back and she was relentlessly fighting to get them back. It didn't end there, the two daughters, also brought their lawsuit after they reached the age of Majority!. How cool is that?. Very cool!. As at last year, the case of Preslie Hardwick, the youngest daughter went up to the 9th Circuit court.
It is high time parents start fighting back in a very strategic manner. Funding for this long lawsuits are usually the main issue, and many parents are left voiceless since they are incapable of sustaining such a protracted battle. From Preslie case, a very spiteful image of CPS was generally publicized. The defendants (Vreekan) argued that:
She was not aware that lying to a court was a violation to constitutional rights of a family and therefore she is entitled to immunity, even though she did know. Her lawyer went on to argue, even though it is unethical to lie in such a setting, there was no constitutional "clause" that makes her clients' act unconstitutional.
What a joke!, annoying joke! The state laws condemned the act but she is looking for a law that explicitly says "she can't lie?" They were even asserting a "right to lie" . The oral interview I watched last year got me furious and judge Trrott scrutinized her representative, because she is a Joke for a caseworker! and aught to be punished.
Now for a moment, just imagine how many families have been destroyed, families who don't have the financial capability like the the Average-American Families like the Hardwicks to pursue their lawsuits. Imagine how many homes who are poor and rely on minimum salary to survive, how they can't fight back. Just imagine all the injustice and crimes this system has wrought under color of the law. To make matters worst, this same caseworker was reported to have been promoted to rank of Supervisor, just begin to imagine all the criminal and family injustice those under her would be upholding.

Undeniably, there comes a time, when reforms are not made, that a broken system need to be cast aside. The Child protective agencies need to follow this queue of being cast aside. Family unit is Divine and should be left in peace!, no child deserves to be left in an isolated relationship. I am thankful to parents who have decided to reveal this camouflaged perpetrator of cruelty to the entire public. We need more cases like that of the Hardwicks, I believe if this system can be opposed and made to pay hugely for their ill-practices they would begin to think twice before trying to trade parents' and their children's Joy for colored papers(money). They need to be stopped at all cost, Let's bring this hidden facts to the eyes of the entire world.
Please take a moment to watch one of the proceedings at the 9th circuit court below, I doubt if you will still think that this Cruel Camouflaging System really protects any family or child. Let's make our voices heard from the smallest to the greatest, all through the corners of all civilization, every nook and cranny, through out the world!

The Hardwicks perseverance was terrific and challenging. Immediately I read your post I had to go surf google. Those lawsuit from mother, kendall and now Preslie. I wish all parents who were victimized could sue cps just like the Hardwicks. That caseworker is an example of all forms of wickedness, I wonder why the judge would even listen to Vreeken counsel talk at all. Arguing that "Lying in court" is not constitutionally condemned. That woman needs to be sent to jail and the defendant chambers closed for accepting such a case. CPS even promoted her, this shows where the systems core value lies. I am so angry at this peopl. Wow, even though the battle was won in the Hardwick case, that's 6 years of separation!!! All that time, never to be regained!!
Social workers argue that they have supervisors to oversee their activity and to provide checks and balances, but really, they are almost always on the same page. When I had dealings with social services, my kids weren't taken but they could've been, and on my court date there was a guardian ad litem (a lawyer to represent the children) there who agreed to everything the social worker proposed and he never even interviewed me, or my children, never even saw them!!! They only conversation we had was: Me, "Are you the guardian ad litem?" Him, "Yes." Yet, he was key in deciding my children's fate at the time. They have altogether too much power! I read about your case when you made a post about it. And am very glad it turned out better than many cases out there. of course, they are all on the same side of the coin "most of the time". Personally, I see the caseworker as the main head in this cases because they are the one who build up evidences that are used against a parent. They can screw a parent over just by sneezing. But today, parents need to be aware that they have a say when this caseworkers comes knocking. Thanks a lot @snowpea for your helpful contribution.

I hate CAS. They are biased in many cases against men. I know that women are equally cast aside; but men have a hidden war against them in many of these cases. I have not met one male case worker as of yet.
I comprehend your plight against this system, and you are not alone. About 3-years ago in a statistical finding, Apparently female caseworkers dwarfs male workers in almost ratio of 8 : 2(if I can recall correctly). This of course put male parents on a steeper edge when dealing with them. But in all, breaking down families is the Motto of this CPS System.
That is all that is needed. Cut the head of the snake and many other corrupt system will take note. I hope this organization falls pretty soon.
One thing I know is that if they hampered or stopped, child abuse and pedophile, sexual abuse and many other form of neglect would crumble. Pedophile society will definitely have their supply cut short. Thanks my Friend

CPS is a scary "system" and I don't understand why people don't see that. I know people who have let them into their home and claim that they are on their side. That is their job...to look like they are on your side. Thanks for doing your part to share the truth with people who don't do the research for themselves. "CPS" hit too close to home years ago and we knew then that they were not really there to protect the children. Thanks for the post.

Yes, it is becoming more obvious but there are still far too many people who don't see the truth behind their motives. I think most people have a basic fear of CPS showing up, but they still think they are generally on their side. I generally don't see them as being neutral or in it to keep the family unit together, or support the parents. They have an agenda.
You absolutely right, many people don't understand the breadth, length and width of the CPA system.
An evil agenda !!. I keep telling people about the horrors and hidden truth of CPS every moment I am opportune to. Continuous awareness is a great step.
What is crazy is thanks to steemit I've learned CPS isn't just a USA thing, but it's an issue around the world. It is crazy and inescapable.
