A brief overview. Her son was shot on his front porch, police gave order not to arrest shooter, the following year twice the police also tried taking him out. Instead of the victim government tried prosecuting him on trumped up charges. They had voice recordings of police, eye witnesses and much more, problem is you can't beat government. The good news was all charges were eventually dropped. They were targeted because of years of activism, Community Oriented Policing (COPS) previously called Community Education has upset a few people.

The reason i mention this is i've had a few exchanges with family protection over Lori Handrahan. I posted a fairly detailed comment on my concerns with the direction they are heading, included many examples of the Handrahan case they overlooked. They are not interested in listening, when shown wrong they ignore you hoping you go away. The above case mentioned only ended well because of knowledge of the system. The Handrahan and above case are two perfect examples of what they will be up against, instead they are convinced it's the CPS.
